American actor, a regular actor in Mack Sennett comedies. Both Heine and his wife Emma Irene Blake (1894-1944) were actors and while working in Kansas City in 1913 they were married: he age 33 (born San Francisco, CA) and she age 19 (born Alameda, CA). While working in Pittsburgh, PA (staying in a hotel) their first child was born in a local hospital. Their son's PA Birth Certificate contains the parents' biographical information. Heinie played parts in over 500 films from 1915-1959. Some sources give a birth year of 1886.
