Joseph Young |
born: 21 September 1900 Chicago, Illinois, United States of America |
died: 07 May 1980 Hana, Hawaii, United States of America (age 79) |
American actor, the older brother of fellow actor Robert Young. He is sometimes billed under the alias of Roger Moore. He legally adopted the name "Roger Moore" after a rift apparently developed between him and brother Robert (with Joe's wife apparently a factor), and as a result, Joe changed his name and removed himself from Robert and his family for the remainder of his life. |
