Trivia • Copyrighted March 29, 1932. • Film #113 in the series. • Virginia Gilbert, daughter of Hal Roach star Dick Gilbert, told me personally in a telephone conversation that she appeared in this film in blackface. She has since confirmed her appearance after I showed her a screenshot of her scene in the film. • Tommy Bond claimed he was one of the children seen in the film in blackface, though this is disputed by others. |
