| Austrian-born actor. Katherine Cutter worked with Rudolph at the same film company for 2 years. Everyone there knew they were "a couple" but not how serious they were. While filming for 3 weeks in NYC, he arranged (secretly) their wedding in the 60 story Woolworth Building Tower. This was unheard of and caused quite a stir with people trying to figure out who the couple was. Sadly, in 1928 at the age of 33, Katherine died of pulmonary tuberculosis after a 2 year struggle with the disease. |
