Rough Seas
From 4 minutes 37 seconds of footage available for review:

There's a guy up a ladder attending to a store's banner when GAYLORD LLOYD comes by and steals it (the ladder, not the banner). He carries the ladder to assist a young lady from a ledge who comes down after powdering her nose. An elderly man in a bush makes his presence known to the couple as they run away. Before long a whole police force are after Gaylord and the lady, running down the street and bulldozering through anybody who gets in their way. A couple of pirates manage to press-gang the couple and get them on board their small boat. A burly brute then starts whipping the crew in order to get them to work. Gaylord clubs GEORGE ROWE, who himself gets whacked by the burly captain when he sees the club in Rowe's hand.
The captain gets Gaylord and the girl up on deck to hand out some punishment but a storm comes and sends the captain overboard, as George Rowe hangs on for dear life to a sail [see favourite bit]. Somehow a GOAT ends up on the deck and starts butting people, followed by Gaylord climbing down a rope and off the ship with his lady whilst George Rowe starts doing a workout before jumping overboard too. They all end up on a desert island where Beatrice is reunited with her father and George Rowe pops up out of a large trunk.

Favourite bit
George Rowe hanging on for dear life when the storm hits the boat. I mean, who wouldn't want to do that?!
