Short American actress. Kitty's father, Michael Joseph Broderick, died between 1902 (Kitty's birth) and 1905 (when her mother, Mary Kelly Broderick, remarried to William Lehne). In addition to her stage and screen career, Kitty also wrote poetry for magazines using her late father's name, "Michael Broderick," as a nom de plume.
