British actress who appeared in numerous silent films after marrying fellow British actor Jack Richardson in New York City on 27 July 1912. She later acted under the name of Mabel Richardson. How's this for a piece of interesting trivia: Not only did she live to an outrageous 110 years old, she lived in THREE different centuries, including every single day of the 20th century. Outrageous. Her Social Security records give her date of death as 15 March 2001, but an obituary (published on the 6th) and her headstone confirm it to actually be 13 days earlier.
