Red-headed American child actor. His parents and five older siblings moved to Los Angeles. In his younger years, be tried his luck at acting, playing small parts in movies of the 1940s such as Little Rascals, Mark Twain, and a few with Mickey Rooney. He enlisted in the US Army just after his 18th birthday in 1946. He died peacefully at his San Luis Obispo home with his wife, Pat Callahan, and other family members by his side. Not to be confused with Robert Callahan. |
