American actress. She was a WAMPAS Baby Star for 1927 and sister of actress Alberta Vaughn (who was a 1924 WAMPAS Star). Most sources, based on her death certificate and resultant California Death Index entry, list her year of birth as 1905, but in the 1910 Census, she is listed as 9 years old, showing her to have likely actually been born in 1900 (as the census was taken before her November birthday later that year). |
